UL Wind Mitts

Overview:

·         Windproof, water resistant and breathable

·         Ultralight and packable, so you can always keep them in your pack

·         Uncoated ripstop nylon w/elastic and one-handed cordlock

·         Includes mini-stuff sack

·         Designed to be worn over a light/mid-weight liner glove to provide wind protection and warmth while allowing moisture to escape (helps prevent inner mitt dampness and frosting). 

·         Created specifically to fill my needs at the Arrowhead 135 Winter Ultra, where I needed a very light, breathable mitt to wear over my stretch-fleece liner gloves.  This combination kept the wind away while still allowing moisture to escape.

Sizing:

To determine whether you need a medium, large or custom size -- put on the liner glove that you plan on wearing under the mitt.  Using a ruler, measure across the widest part of your palm (from lower thumb knuckle to opposite edge of palm) as shown in the diagram.

Up to 4.25” across = Medium

4.25” to 5” across = Large

Wider than 5” will require a custom XL
