UL Rain Mitts

Overview:

·         Waterproof, windproof, non-breathable

·         Ultralight and packable, so you can always keep them in your pack

·         SilNylon Ripstop w/sealed seams, elastic and one-handed cordlock

·         Includes mini-stuff sack

·         Designed to be worn over a light/mid-weight liner glove to provide rain/snow/wind protection and warmth.  (Note that this is NOT breathable material so will not allow moisture to escape.) 

·         Created specifically for fastpacking and events like the Hardrock 100, Leadville 100 and expedition adventure racing where participants need light hand-protection when they encounter cold rain on mountain passes. 

·         Can be used as part of a vapor barrier system for extremely cold conditions.

Sizing:

To determine whether you need a medium, large or custom size -- put on the liner glove that you plan on wearing under the mitt.  Using a ruler, measure across the widest part of your palm (from lower thumb knuckle to opposite edge of palm) as shown in the diagram.

Up to 4.25” across = Medium

4.25” to 5” across = Large

Wider than 5” will require a custom XL
